Human Resources Manual- The Boys and Girls Club of Moncton
This was a large project done for work. Many of their rules had changed. Much of the language was very out dated and many of their rules and policies were quite divisive. I was tasked to update the manual to make it more inclusive as well as relevant to the time.
Governance Handbook- The Boys and Girls Club of Moncton
This was a project done at work. I was tasked with completely updating the governance manual. Many policies and rules had been updated and needed to be reflected for club reference.
